In February 1991, a couple of freaks around clown Hacki Ginda and musician Peter Rose conquered the empty rehearsal stage of GDR television in the Hackesche Höfe, which at the time was still desolate. They had brought the successful concept from their tent variety show "Parodie Paradies". "Higher, faster, further" was never the motto here. Room for improvisation and a cooperation of the artists was long the concept for success - and thus they had a lasting influence on the new Berlin Varieté. Nevertheless, it was over for the time being in 2004. A fresh team took over and celebrated great success with shows like "Loft" by the artists' group 7Fingers.
