The 700-meter circuit of this race leads around the Center for Post-Acute Neurorehabilitation on the edge of Frohnau Forest. Sports enthusiasts with and without disabilities run as many laps as they can manage in an hour.

The Frohnauer Stundenlauf is an inclusive running event in the north of Berlin. The run goes around the Center for Post-Acute Neurorehabilitation (P.A.N. Zentrum) on Wildkanzelweg in Berlin-Frohnau. Sports enthusiasts with and without disabilities run as many laps as they can manage in an hour. Participation as a relay team and a half-hour run are also possible. A 700-meter kids' run is offered for young athletes. The Frohnauer Stundenlauf is part of the traditional summer festival at the P.A.N. Center.
