The Tegel Market Hall offers everything from fruit and vegetables to flowers and services such as tailoring and news agents.
Merchants have been going in and out of the market hall in Tegel since 1908. The indoor market with its independent vendors and a daily offers of different provenances and branches is as diverse today as it was a hundred years ago.
The offer is very varied and ranges from fruit and vegetables, fish, meat, international specialities and flowers to tea, textiles and services such as tailoring, cleaning or news agents. Food stalls are part of the concept, too.
The Tegel market hall was rebuilt for several months, redesigned and reopened on 21 October 2021 a few metres from its old city location. After the redesign, the hall can be entered from two entrances: via Gorkistraße and via Grußdorfstraße.
