500: Incidence in Berlin falls slightly

The Coronavirus incidence in Berlin has decreased slightly.

According to figures published by the Robert Koch Institute on Wednesday morning (April 27, 2022) , 500 out of every 100,000 people contracted the virus in the past seven days. This means that Berlin has the lowest value incidence. On Tuesday, the seven-day incidence in the capital was at 519.1, on Monday at 401.

Nationwide incidence also down

The nationwide incidence has fallen again after a significant - presumably still Easter-related - increase the previous day and is now at to 887.6. Experts assume that many cases are not recorded because positive rapid tests are not always followed by a PCR test. In addition, not all health authorities report their data on a daily basis.
