Berlin forests: Pines recover, oaks deteriorate
Forests provide clean air and a pleasant climate. Berlin's forests have been in a bad way for years. Only a few trees still have no visible damage. more
According to the German Weather Service (DWD) on Friday, it will remain rainy and cloudy throughout the day. At noon, gusts of wind and local gales will occur. Towards evening, according to the DWD, there may be squalls and isolated severe gusts. An official warning of squalls is in effect between 5 and 10 pm.
