Bridge Festival in Schöneweide

Music, open-air cinema, an arts and crafts flea market, theater performances and exhibitions: At the Bridge Festival, the district of Schöneweide shows its diverse cultural offerings.

The occasion for the summer festival is the 16th anniversary of the Kaisersteg. The 140-meter-long cable-stayed bridge connects the districts of Nieder- and Oberschöneweide. The main program of the festival will take place on the square at the Kaisersteg. The adjacent cultural venues - including the Kranbahn, Alte Kita and Novilla - will also host events for the summer festival.

Bridge Festival: Program Highlights

At 12 noon, the festival will be ceremoniously opened on the square at the Kaisersteg. This will be followed by a stage program with concerts, circus variety shows and dancing. An arts and crafts market will take place on the path of the old crane runway. In the Alte Kita, the program is all about family-friendliness. The Novilla attracts visitors with a circus tent, chill area and a handicraft workshop.
