The traditional opening of the market season on the historical Domäne Dahlem estate celebrates the arrival of spring in Berlin.

In addition to the colorful hustle and bustle at the arts and crafts market, visitors can expect a varied supporting program with live music. There will be a demonstration of draft cattle with explanations on the domain field: Tethering, cleaning, harnessing of working cows and demonstrations of agricultural work. During the poultry tour, visitors will receive detailed information about poultry farming on the estate.

Tractor rides, pony rides and handicrafts for children

Domäne Dahlem is a popular destination for families. At the spring festival, special attention is therefore paid to the younger visitors. At this year's edition, they can paint T-shirts and cloth bags, plant flower pots, ride around the estate in a carriage or on old farm machinery or go pony riding (in the interests of animal welfare, participation cannot be guaranteed).
