International Barrel Organ Festival

More than 140 barrel organ players from many countries will entertain festival visitors with their instruments. The festival's annual highlight is the big parade.

Barrel organ players from over 10 countries will be taking part in this year's International Barrel Organ Festival Berlin. They come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Denmark, England, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and the USA. The parade usually takes place on Kurfürstendamm and the meeting on the square between the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and the Europa Centre. In 2024, however, the popular festival moved to Prenzlauer Berg. The festival centre was the Museum Pankow on Prenzlauer Allee. The highlight of the festival each year is the "Parade of barrel organ players" on Saturday at 11 a.m. A varied stage program will be offered from 12 noon.
