During the Long Night of Museums in Berlin, many museums and exhibition venues in the capital will once again open their doors at night.
For the Long Night of Museums, a large number of Berlin museums and exhibition venues open their doors and give visitors the opportunity to view exhibitions, collections and installations as well as take part in workshops, tours and artist talks from 6 pm to 2 am. In 2024, 75 museums will take part in the Long Night.
Tickets for the Long Night of Museums are available in advance of the event via the organizer's official website and at all Berlin Tourist Infos. Ticket sales for 2024 start on July 29. On the day of the event, tickets can also be purchased at all participating museums. The program is published on 23 July.
With more than 70 museums, from the classic cultural temples on Museum Island to the Trabi Museum, from the private Samurai Art Museum to the Stasi Museum in Normannenstraße, this year's night-time event once again has a lot to offer. Discover world-famous collections, Berlin originals, other cultures, unique places and beloved things. Secrets of research and collecting are revealed behind many an otherwise closed door. Each museum welcomes the Lange Nacht flaneurs in its own unique way, including culinary surprises. The 2024 motto is “Berlin Secrets” and draws attention to the mysterious, hidden and wicked.
