Aqua Aura and Lidó Rico: Tra Color Che Sono Sospesi

The Luisa Catucci Gallery in Neukölln is showing works by the photographer Aqua Aura in interaction with works by the artist Lidó Rico under the title: Tra Color Che Sono Sospesi.

The Luisa Catucci Gallery is staging a special exhibition to mark the 700th anniversary of the death of the legendary Italian poet Dante Alighieri. In "Tra Color Che Sono Sospesi" ("not taken up in hell' and heaven"), the curator wants to create a dialogue between the latest series of works by the meta-photographer Aqua Aura - with its dystopian views of a post-natural, post-human future - and a selection of works by the Spanish artist Lidó Rico, which address the fear of emptiness and the loss of knowledge acquired in life.
