Sven Marquardt: Stageless

With "Sven Marquardt - Stageless," the Friedrichstadt-Palast presents, together with C/O Berlin, portrait photographs of dancers from the famous Berlin Ballet Ensemble.

The Friedrichstadt-Palast will be transformed into an exhibition space in October. With the guest appearance of the Berlin photographer and doorman of the Technoclub Berghain, Sven Marquardt, the operators are organizing an exciting interim use of the Show-Palast in Friedrichstraße. "Sven Marquardt - Stageless" shows almost 70 portraits of 26 dancers of the ballet ensemble, which is currently deprived of its stage due to a pandemic.

In October 2019, Marquardt had portrayed the members of the palace's international ensemble immediately after a performance, the announcement said. During the Corona crisis, both the club Berghain and the revue theater are closed for regular operations, and the art exhibition "Studio Berlin" is currently running in the Berghain.
