Josephine Pryde: How Frequency The Eye
In May, Haus am Waldsee presents a comprehensive solo exhibition by Josephine Pryde. more
The Haus am Waldsee in Berlin-Zehlendorf is a museum dedicated to the international art scene.
Up to five exhibitions a year find their way into the Haus am Waldsee. On display are works from various directions - whether sculptures, paintings, sound installations, video art, photography, music or fashion - by artists from Berlin who are internationally successful. Each exhibition is accompanied by a program for children, artist talks or occasional concerts.
The Haus am Waldsee invites its visitors to take a break from city life by taking a stroll through the surrounding greenery. The museum's sculpture park extends over around 10,000 square meters to the lakeside. Among others, sculptures by Karl Hartung, Tony Cragg, Daniel Pflumm and Susanne Rottenbacher can be discovered here. Just like the art in the museum itself, the sculptures on display in the park itself change from time to time. In the museum café, visitors can also look out through large windows onto the garden and water.
